SOCIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF TRADITIONAL ISLAMIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND THEIR ACTIVITIES IN KAZAKHSTAN SOCIETY

Abstract

This article is devoted to the creation of educational institutions in the Republic of Kazakhstan that promote and implement the values of traditional Islam. Also considered is the appointment of the administrative structure of the Kazakh-Egyptian University of Islamic culture and the number of grants allocated by the University to applicants, approved by the Board of Trustees, as well as the equipment of the educational process. The article describes the activities of the Islamic Institute of the country and the curricula of mosques and madrassas.
