Abstract
The national economic effect of the economy resulting from the use of new technology — in terms of its given socially useful result — comprises the basis, the source of the enhancement of this result. The growth of socially useful results from the production and use of new technology is a complex category. This is the objective result of the existence of the category socioeconomic effectiveness of new technology. It is characterized by the level of socially useful results of the production and application of technology, by aggregate expenditures on the attainment of the given results, and by the ratio of results to expenditures. We shall discuss economic components and social (1) components of socially useful results of the production and application of new technology that have directly economic content.
