Abstract
Background: WHA 68.20 resolution on global burden of epilepsy called upon actions aimed combating stigmatization regarding people with epilepsy (PWE). Felt stigma, described as feared or perceived discrimination, has been reported in the countries with different socio-economic levels. There are no published data about the felt stigma in the large countries in the Asian region of the former Soviet Union.
