Abstract
• The spatial distribution of Social Benefits in the municipality of Torrent was analyzed. • The results revealed a remarkable spatial autocorrelation in its distribution. • Social benefits tend to be clearly concentrated in vulnerable neighborhoods. • The results also suggest that the grouping pattern in each neighborhood may be an important factor.
