Abstract

Bihar is one of the strongest agriculture states. Around 80% population is employed in agriculture production, which is much higher than the national average. Bihar is the third largest producer of fruits in India. In the state of Bihar some industries are growing faster like; food processing, dairy, sugar, manufacturing and healthcare. In these fast growing industries, the dairy industry is developing very tremendous way. The cooperative system is aimed to provide employment and services in the society with the participation of work and markets. It creates the employment by self. Milk production generates the secondary income, other than agriculture.
