Abstract

Today's new realities and social demands involve a technological apparatus that societies that seek to generate sustainable development through the generation and dissemination of knowledge cannot be ignored. This research addresses identifying key areas to be developed to promote a timely knowledge society for the digital age. Hermeneutics and documentary content analysis facilitated the method, concluding that generating more extraordinary digital skills in those responsible for transmitting knowledge is essential to achieving durability and efficient transmission of information.
