Socially oriented development of the agricultural reclamation complex of the Saratov region

Abstract

The prospects of effective involvement in the turnover of agricultural land and the development of land reclamation in the Russian Federation, in particular the Saratov region, are considered. Methodological approaches for assessing the social effect (material advantages of the rural population and social services) in case of improvement of the technical condition of existing reclamation funds are analyzed.
