Abstract

This article reveals the relevance of the issue of the social organization formation. The difficulties that occur in defining the concept, structure, and classification and ensuring the diagnosis and development of various types of social organization are analyzed. The reliability of the organizational (corporate) security system is associated with overcoming these difficulties. Therefore, it is no coincidence that the most important task is to create a general theory of various types of social organization. At the same time, the socio-psychological theory of various types of organization is an integral part of their general theory and practice of development. They complement each other. Without this, it is impossible to speak about the effective practice of ensuring the development of a social organization.
