Abstract
Implementing social policies for all people is one of the conditions to ensure sustainable development goals, and it has been recognized and protected by law through international treaties, national practices international law, documents in the international legal system, and the laws of each country. Implementing social policies is one of the important contents of Ho Chi Minh's thought. He always determined that the goal of social policy was to bring freedom and happiness to the people. Therefore, the study of Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on the implementation of social policies has theoretical and practical significance for Vietnam today.
