Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the gender perceptions of women working in the health sector. The study was conducted questionnaire method in private health institutions determined by researchers in Istanbul and Ankara. Demographic data were obtained by means of a questionnaire, t-Test and One-Way ANOVA tests were performed. As a result of the research, it was determined that the opinions of the women working in the health sector were not only in the decision of the men in the decisions taken in the family; there is no discrimination between men, girls, and boys.
