Abstract
[For the English abstract and full text of the article please see the attached PDF-File (English version follows Russian version)].ABSTRACT In the article presented, the role of social factors in modernization of Russian Railways is considered, with special attention paid to improving the effectiveness of training of personnel of linear enterprises based on the strategic approach and the concepts of institutional economic theory. The strategic map, built for target tasks, is proposed to be used as a tool for formation of actual training programs, which should be correlated with actual production indicators.
