Abstract

Climate policy is considered one of the most difficult among public policies due to its complexity, urgency and strong economic impact. Social economy actors have the potential to play an important role in the functioning of this policy. This article presents the role and describes the activities of social economy actors in programming, implementation, scenario planning and evaluation of climate policy in Poland. The article also indicates the products and services produced by these entities in different areas of this policy.
