Abstract

In order to usher positive social change and reform, social work needs to first understand the dynamics of rapid social change and then initiate various measures for constructive change. Social development should aim to benefit as many people as possible and not just the privileged few. This paper suggests different approaches which can be adopted by professional social workers to bring about community betterment.
