Abstract

Purpose: In the currently distributed living SOC complex project, only brief guidelines for the complex type or business type are presented, but there are no set standards or guidelines, and related legal systems are not established. This study aims to provide basic data for future living SOC complexity utilization plans and guidelines by classifying the complexity method and space composition of each functional facility, focusing on the living SOC complexity cases built as a result of the complex project so far. Method: This study established the concept of justice through a theoretical consideration of the living SOC complex project, and investigated and analyzed the current status of the ongoing living SOC complex project. Among the cases of the Living SOC complex project, a total of 11 cases completed so far in 2022 were investigated, and the combination method and shared space sharing method between each functional facility were classified by type and its characteristics were examined. Result: This study is to categorize and analyze the spatial composition for the smooth distribution and diffusion of Living SOC complex projects. Since the criteria for space sharing classified in the complex type are unclear, a solution is needed, and the distribution by facility composition and region are imbalanced, indicating that the original purpose was not well maintained by focusing only on supply and diffusion. This study investigates the completion of the living SOC complex project, classifies the combination type and shared space sharing type, and the results derived from the analysis of each type can be organized based on this study and used as basic data.
