Abstract
En este trabajo se destaca el papel de la accesibilidad en el discurso de los derechos humanos. Para ello se expone su significado general tomando como referencia el diseño universal, en sus tres sentidos, y los ajustes razonables. El trabajo describe las diferentes construcciones jurídicas de la accesibilidad y sus límites.
