Abstract
A method of design of free-form optical surfaces is presented. Given 2 input wavefronts and other 2 output wavefronts, the method provides an optical system with 2 free-form surfaces that deflects the rays of the input wavefronts into the rays of the corresponding output wavefronts and vice versa.
