Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have begun to play an active role in modern economy. Researchers know that Enterprises' social capital is useful for their performance, but very little is known about this relation in SMEs. Using data from an empirical study of SMEs, we devise a research of SMEs' entrepreneur credit and enterprise alliance strategy. These findings and their implications are discussed: SMEs'ruler credit merit enterprise alliance strategy; SMEs' scale, district area and industrial field affect relation of SMEs'ruler credit and enterprise alliance strategy.
