Abstract

Systems that aim to share information and create common value with stakeholders by using smart tourism technologies and offer smart experience can be defined as smart tourism ecosystem. This section first includes a literature review on smart tourism cities and network analysis. Then, as in all tourism centers, the importance of social networks is mentioned in smart tourism centers. A brief evaluation of how social network analysis is used in tourism destinations has been carried out. Finally, discussion and recommendations were developed based on data collected data from Instagram pages of cities selected by the European Union (EU) as the smart tourism destination of 2020.
