Abstract
Millions of stray dogs live on the streets of India. This paper proposes an architecture for smart surveillance of stray animal to explore and study behavioral patterns especially stray dogs for their health care monitoring. As we know India holds an immense population of stray animals which are subjected to cruelty and torture every day. This system aims in preventing such cases and monitor stray animals in a particular area. The system will keep a track of count of animals in the locality, their health, food and medicine requirements etc.
