Abstract
A city includes a gigantic number of physical infrastructures, resources, applications, and services that engages and encourages the establishment of a Domains system framework for the city to become smart, what type of Domains are included in the framework? this systematic review seeks to answer these questions by providing a smart city domain framework for understanding smart city concepts and the link between smart city services, applications, and resources. The article was based on a study of the literature from 2014 to 2020 to evaluate smart city structures dimensions, job areas and attributes. This article summarizes the existing state from the smart city domain framework developed to use as standard a systematic literature review (SLR) technique. The academic article from respected journal sources like IEEE Xplore, Scopus, web of science, ScienceDirect, and SpringerLink upon synthesis (44) articles also resources for smart cities that could have been handled include all the infrastructure, Superstructure and infostructure. The conclusions suggested that the smart city could be divided into two domains, resources domain, application domains and services domain, both externally and internally (publicly), as a result, smart city infrastructures and smart city facilities framework need to improve.
