Abstract
The article is devoted to the “Smart City” concept substantiation, focused on digitalization of urban processes and infrastructure facilities management in St. Petersburg. The priority strategic goals of this project and the corresponding tools are highlighted, a SWOT analysis is carried out to identify the range of possible risks of its implementation. The prerequisites for the “Smart St. Petersburg” concept implementation in the pursuit of widespread digitalization are highlighted, taking into account the dynamics of exo- and endogenous development factors.
