In the pathological examination of the resection material Burkitt Lymphoma with the origin of the small intestine diagnosed to the patient. Prognosis of NHL with the origin of the small intestine, adrenal mass and come with an acute abdomen depends on the histological type and grade. He was started on NHL - BFM95 chemotherapy and had a good clinical response and he was remained in complete remission for two months after completion of chemotherapy. Bilateral adrenal mass remains a rare form of Burkitt lymphoma and care must be taken in ruling out other causes of bilateral adrenal masses.
