Abstract

Small Dense LDL (sdLDL) has grown in consensus to be the more specific atherogenic subclass of LDL-C in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and coronary artery disease. Measurement of sdLDL could potentially improve the management of risk populations in primary and secondary prevention.
