Journal of Anxiety Disorders.] provides a critique of our study on sleep paralysis among adults reporting either repressed, recovered, or continuous memories of childhood sexual abuse [McNally, R. J., & Clancy, S. A. (2005a). Sleep paralysis, sexual abuse, and space alien abduction. Transcultural Psychiatry, 42, 113–122]. We address his concerns in this reply.
