Abstract

A 3-day-old late preterm neonate presents with skin lesions involving the diaper area and lower limbs. ### Prenatal and Birth Histories ### Presentation (Day 1) The infant had grunting and increased work of breathing soon after birth, prompting endotracheal intubation and surfactant replacement therapy.
