Abstract
We present a simple approach to the marsupialization of a Skene's gland cyst. Our technique facilitates suture placement to exteriorize the cyst wall to efficiently treat a distal Skene's gland cyst and reduce the risk of recurrence. Marsupialization is an accepted option for the surgical management of Skene's gland cyst. This technique is an effective and streamlined approach to Skene's gland marsupialization.
