Abstract

Six-degree of freedom (6 DOF) of the two-staged rocket Launch and control systems are simulated using MATLAB Simulink is described in this paper. Non-Linear Six- degree of freedom equations are solved and classified into linearized longitudinal equations of motion and linearized Lateral-Directional equations of motion. Pitch-channel transfer function and Roll-channel transfer function from the rigid body equations of motion are derived; from these the simplified motion models are obtained. Simulink is a tool used to analyze the design parameter, performance and for design optimization. Using these rigid body equations of motion control systems are built using Simulink and simulated them to analyze the performance parameters, correctness and verify the design parameters [1]. And then the two staged Rocket launch is simulated using Simulink.
