The crime is a syndrome.The scientific crime prevention system must be the many kinds of prevention models organic synthesis.China always attached great importance to the judicial prevention and the society prevention,but seldom paid attention to the situational crime prevention.Although in the crime prevention practice,already had some situational crime prevention procedure,but not yet systematization,consummation.Integrate the situational crime prevention to our country's crime prevention system,can effectively control and reduce the crime occurrence.Basing on the actual situations of our country,taking successful oversea practices of the situational crime prevention, exploring the situational crime prevention that has Chinese characteristics,which is important to harmonious society's construction in our country.
