Abstract
The system SIC International (Industrial Building Systems), working together with GO-DB Associated Architects, has developed a system of architectural construction and layout based on threedimensional modules, with specific design and construction features covered by a series of patents and protected designs known as Modul-Arch Systems. Project and development Director: F. M. Garcia Ordonez, Architect. Manufacture: The Contractor firm Entrecanales y Tavora, S. A. is the concessionary for Spain's Central Area. This Company operates a plant near Madrid with a daily production capacity of some 40 modules (400 m 2 ).

Summary
El Módulo P 5 constituye la tercera Generación en el desarrollo de modelos realizados desde hace unos quince años por SIC Internacional. Para la formación del Módulo Tridimensional (MT) se dispone en factoría de n modelos distintos de CB, los cuales por integración en grupos de 5 CB, dan lugar a x MT distintos. En la foto 12, vista del montaje del Bloque tipo «Caranza», que integra un conjunto de siete viviendas en dos plantas. Este Bloque comprende 62 Módulos (635 m^) con siete viviendas cada uno (cuatro de tres dormitorios, dos de cuatro y una de dos). En la foto 19 una vista parcial en la que se aprecian dos Módulos destinados a terraza contiguos a la sala de estar y a la cocina. En las fotos 23 y 24 se aprecian dos vistas de una vivienda de 9 módulos durante el montaje y poco después de su acabado.
