Abstract
Generic performance appraisal is a system that can identify and measure the performance of all INP members to maintain, improve and create communication between leaders and members in order to better understand the main duties and functions of Polri members. Generic performance appraisals include leadership, communication, integrity, commitment to organization, and discipline. In the writing of this thesis, a generic performance appraisal decision support system was developed using the mabac and entropy methods in which this method provides a stable (consistent) solution and it is considered a reliable tool for rational ones.
