Abstract

By nature, cancer cells are the toughest cells against any treatment. The various available therapies would be much more effective at much lower dose if siRNA against the therapeutic resistance could be identified and successfully codelivered by nanocarriers such as polymer conjugation, micelles, liposomes, solid lipid nanoparticles, nanohydrogels and dendrimers.
