Abstract

A 60-year-old woman with left lowerextremity claudication was referred for aortography (Fig 1) and lower extremity arteriography. Pelvic arteriography (not shown) demonstrated occlusion of the left common and external iliac arteries. Celiac arteriography (Fig 2) and superior mesenteric arteriography (Fig 3) were performed because of findings on aortography. Noncontrast abdominal computed tomography (CT) was then performed for correlation (Fig 4). The patient had no previous surgery and no known heart disease.
