Abstract

We present a single-pixel (SP) imaging system, based on two digital micromirror devices (DMDs), capable of acquiring three-dimensional (3D) images which, in contrast to previous methods, does not require either high detector bandwidth, nor knowledge of surface scattering properties. By using the method of fringe projection profilometry (FPP), we extend well-known structured light methods towards realization on a single-pixel imaging platform.
