Abstract

Precious-metal thrifting through the development of single-atom catalysts is an attractive way to promote the sustainable use of precious metals in catalytic processes. In this issue of Chem Catalysis , Wei et al. demonstrate a new strategy for producing atomically dispersed gold within a S-1 zeolite framework for propene hydroformylation.
