Abstract
Background and Aim: Selection of embryos on day-5/6 for transfer or cryopreservation is based on scoring systems including blastocyst expansion and morphology of the inner cell mass and trophectoderm. In this study we evaluated the performance of single vitrified blastocyst transfers (SVBT). Outcome parameters were positive hCG (hCG), miscarriage rate (MR), live birth rate (LBR) and neonatal outcome.
