Abstract
Background: Acellular dermal matrices are grafts created by decellularisation of tissue and leaving only the extracellular matrix and collagen scaffold. Reported advantages include better control and definition of implant pocket and inframamary fold, control of lower pole projection, less rippling, reduced capsule formation and decreased possibility of implant migration. Reported complications include seroma formation , infection, skin necrosis and higher cost.
