Abstract
Background. According to the bulletin of the National Cancer Registry of Ukraine, colorectal cancer ranks fourth in the incidence of malignant neoplasms in Ukraine among women (6.6%) and the fifth among men (6.2%), and in the mortality rate - the third (8, 4%) and the fifth (6.2%) place, respectively. A wide application in oncology is finding laparoscopic operations that have advantages over open operations in the possibility and thoroughness of lymph dissection and hemostasis in the hard-to-reach areas of the abdomen and the possibility of endoscopic technique. Single-port surgery is becoming more widespread in the world and is a natural extension of the traditional laparoscopic technique of many sections.
