Abstract

A vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on the combination of current fuzzy adaptive control (FAC) and speed single neuron PID control is proposed in this paper. Control algorithm of speed controller is single neuron PID. The first-order and the second-order difference of speed error are used as input signals of single neuron. The corresponding weighting coefficients and learning rules are designed to realize online intelligent control of PMSM speed control system, effectively overcome the influence of load disturbances and parameter variations on the accuracy of motor speed control. On this basis, the id and iq current controllers are implemented with FAC algorithm, which improves the ability of current tracking and further enhances the adaptive ability of the system against load disturbance and parameter change. The simulation and experimental results prove the validity and correctness of the scheme.
