Single-Molecule Electronic Biosensors In article number 2200084, Jinying Wang, Chuancheng Jia, Xuefeng Guo, and co-workers summarize the working principles, device architectures, and potential applications of single-molecule electronic biosensors for near-field and real-time detection of single biomolecules, and provide a promising optoelectronic integrated system for realizing synchronous acquisition of electrical and optical signals of single biomolecules.
