Abstract
There was noted to be an undiagnosed cystic pararectal space mass noted at time of scheduled single incision supracervical hysterectomy. This is video illustrates our management of the mass. The patient's history was significant for a uterine artery embolization. The mass was determined to be a degenerated fibroid. The mass was successfully resected with the single incision laparoscopic approach without complications.
