Abstract
Background Ileocecectomy is a mainstay surgical therapy for pediatric Crohn disease. However, there are few descriptions of single-incision laparoscopic ileocecectomy (SIL-I) in the pediatric population. This video describes our technique of the SIL-I, as well as our initial experience in pediatric patients with Crohn disease. Video runtime: 4:54.
