Abstract
Objective To comprehend effects of quality of life(QOL)by different living conditions for patients with cancer and study methods of improving QOL. Methods 284 patients with tumor were investigated by questionnaire with Functiona Assessment of Cancer Therapy(FACT- G). The FACT score of marital status, pecuniary condition, degree of education and age and so on were analyzed by single factor analysis of variance. Results Marital status, pecuniary condition, degree of education, age were significant differences in multitude impact facts to tumor patients(P< 0.01). QOL with marital status, degree of education were negative correlation, QOL with pecuniary condition, age, side effect were positive correlation. Pecuniary condition,age,side effect had notable impact on patients QOL by multiple regression analysis. Conclusions Measurement of QOL of patients with cancer in time not only helps to clinical diagnosis and nursing service but also treats psychological and rehabilitation guidance for patients in time and improves QOL of patients.
