Abstract
Under the assumption of a low intensity of the flow of incoming requests and a high speed of their service, the M|M|1 system utilization factor model is considered. It is estimated for a small part of the observation time. Approximate relations are obtained for the system utilization factor. Its simple probabilistic model in the form of a probabilistic mixture is proposed. A comparison with the results of simulation is carried out.
