Abstract

Virtual vascular surgery rotations are helpful in allowing students to explore their interests in the field of vascular surgery when they do not have in-person access. However, little is known about the retention of knowledge and manual skills learned from those virtual rotations and the subjective effectiveness of the activities during virtual rotations. We performed a long-term follow-up study of knowledge and skills retention after a virtual vascular surgery rotation and subjective effectiveness of the activities during a virtual rotation.
