Abstract
New explicit expressions for computation of the single and double layer thicknesses to be used in the design of anti-reflection coatings (ARC) are presented. A theoretical study on the performance of a double layer ARC systems on Ge using ZnSe, BaF 2 and BiF 3 is presented.
