Abstract
Single-amplifier asymmetric notch filter sections are presented that can be functionally tuned provided that the capacitors are close to their design values. It is anticipated that by utilizing highly-stable discrete RC components the new sections would be useful where a low volume of high quality filters was required. The sensitivities of the proposed sections with respect to the active element parameters are obtained and optimum designs derived. Experimental results are also given.
