Abstract

The article discusses the features of singing and performing dynamics in the modern interpretation of Kuban Cossack songs using signifi cant modifi cations of the performance style attributes. The features of artistic and performing techniques consistently developed in the course of the functioning of the Cossack song art, complementing the spiritual culture of Russia. Thanks to the historical introduction of connotations into the singing texts, which are the cultural layer of the Cossack ethnic group, the performance of the Kuban Cossack songs, as bright folklore masterpieces, continues and does not lose its relevance in the present time.
