Abstract

Herein are reported 2 cases of bilateral hypernephroma treated by simultaneous bilateral partial nephrectomy. One patient died of a myocardial infarction 3 years postoperatively and the other is well 30 months postoperatively. Bilateral partial nephrectomy is proposed as an alternative to bilateral nephrectomy and homotransplantation.
