Facial balance involves components of the upper, middle and lower face. Orthognathic surgery can have a dramatic effect on facial aesthetics. Similarly, rhinoplasty can cause a major change in facial appearance. Can, or should simultaneous rhinoplasty and orthognathic surgery be performed?
