Abstract
We study simultaneous non-vanishing of L(12,Ϝ) and L(12,g⊗Ϝ), when Ϝ runs over an orthogonal basis of the space of Hecke-Maass cusp forms for SL(3,Z) and g is a fixed SL(2,Z) holomorphic Hecke cusp form of weight k≡0(mod4).
